  CADandSCAN, a 100% woman-owned business, comprises of an experienced management team, project managers, CAD survey professionals and production team with years of experience servicing many of the largest retail, banking, restaurant, and grocery clients, working direct as well as with your management firms and architects. We work throughout the US, and have surveyed and scanned thousands of sites.   

  Our Surveyors are deployed to your sites to either do full laser measurements with 3D scans or just the Scan and we deliver either: 

1. Full As-Built 2D CAD deliverables with architectural tolerance (1/2 inch or smaller) and all details in both dwg & pdf files, with linking to your 3D Scans and photography. 

2. 3D Scanning only and can deliver with CAD dwg files and PDF floorplans (developed from scan is 1% tolerance). Is a great visual representation of your space and delivered based on your needs. 

 CADandSCAN can deploy your data to your own server or FTP, although many of our clients like to house all their CAD and deliverables in our custom secure Cloud. This allows all your designers, architects, facility managers, project managers and vendors alike, to view your As Built Surveys, Construction Documents and 360º Photographs online, and your 3D Scans all linked to your PDF docs -
